Voted on and passed an ordinance requiring home owners to own a firearm and ammo for such. Also a requirement for said homeowners to be able to help local law enforcement when needed. Hmmmm.....sounds like "a well regulated militia" to me. There are provisions for those who refuse to own firearms to escape prosecution.
