This mount will provide a 1/3 lower cowitness with the standard AK sight picture. I'm fairly certain that the top cover will fit any of their AK/VEPR railed handguard systems; I used this setup in conjunction with their Saiga/Yugo railed handguards. Brand new its $40 for the mount and $80 for the red dot sight (if you can find it in stock) plus shipping. You can get it all here for $100, shipped USPS priority with tracking.
