AUSyTyIN 0
I removed the dust cover after shooting the last time, and an e-clip fell out. I've looked at the exploded view, and looked around the gun, and can't for the life of me figure out where it's from...any thoughts?
dolomite_supafly 56
Some people use E clips on guns hammer or trigger pins.
AUSyTyIN 0
Any clue how to tell where it came from? Everything seems to be functioning properly, but I haven't shot it (kinda scared to) Edited May 23, 2013 by AUSyTyIN
jdtravers 637
Check your hammer and trigger axis pins (inside left side) and see if there is a retainer, either a plate or wire crook if there is then there is no other place that an "e" clip can fit. They may be held in with "e" clips. Stating the obvious here, but if you found one, then one of the pins will still have a clip on it and one won't. Jack
David Mark 2,452
Try pushing on the hammer and trigger pins with a punch. If they move that is your answer. Replace them with a shepherds crook or retaining plate. Take a look at CSS's conversion video. That will help you to know what I am talking about.
