JBubbs 17
Well I screwed it up, either the bit slipped or I did but the hole got drilled too close to the chamber. I can still see about half the hole thru the bullet guide, what should I do next?
thebuns1 4,323
Elongate the whole on the guide.
JBubbs 17
Cool, I'll give it a try.
thebuns1 4,323
Cool, I'll give it a try. Just try to keep the screw able to tighten the guide down without protruding from the surface of the guide and rubbing on the bolt when it rotates into battery.
JBubbs 17
And that's what happened! Gonna see if I can grind down the screw tonight unless you have another suggestion?
JBubbs 17
Turns out it wasn't the screw hitting the bolt but the guide itself, guess I was off center as well. Couple minutes with the dremel and all is well!

JBubbs 17
Still waiting on the stock. Is it legal to shoot it without one? Guess I could put the factory one on while I'm waiting
thebuns1 4,323
I think you can so long as the OAL is not shorter than 26". Thats the magic number. Id check your state and local laws as well to see if they have any restrictions that are less.
