BeatTheTunaUp 65
Just curious, would that be considered a straw purchase? YOU should research firearms purchases for family members/straw purchase. Let us know what you find. " If a firearm is purchased as a gift, the transaction is not a straw purchase, and the person buying the gift is considered the end user." That clears it up. Years ago when I worked at a pawn shop, we were told that if the buyer mentioned it wasn't for them, we were to cancel the sale and stop negotiating. That led to my confusion. Guess my old managers need a little clarification too.
SaigaKen 338
From what I have been told, also purchasing for a spouse is not a straw purchase.
