jojo200517 68 Posted April 4, 2012 Report Was in the local gun store today and the .308 saiga picked up a couple new toys. Got tapco polymer forend with rails and a mako tpod gen2. The tapco forend seems pretty sturdy and the bottom rail bolted on seemed to make it a bit stiffer feeling, will have to see if it holds up with the .308. Pretty light weight too, might take the side rails back off tho, don't really have a need for them currently. The Mako T-Pod feels very sturdy and looks well built. It is a bit heavy and is polymer with metal legs. I have had good results with their products in the past. They are spendy but you get what you pay for. Quote Link to comment
ShadowFire 220 Posted April 4, 2012 Report That's a great set up there. Only thing I might do different if I decide to buy one is to push the front sight back and thread the barrel. Very nice jojo. Quote Link to comment
