  1. Just letting you guys know you'll need to update the links. thegunwiki.com's domain registration is gone (a friend with a hosting company registered it some time back, and said he'd leave it on his company's auto-renew list... unfortunately he's since redone his company, thus it's expired and I can't renew it). All URLs pointing at thegunwiki.com will function fine now if you substitute gunwiki.net for thegunwiki.com. Hence thegunwiki.com's Saiga compliance URLs... just change thegunwiki.com to gunwiki.net, leave the rest alone, and it'll still load. My apologies for the inconv
  2. VERY interesting! I've updated http://thegunwiki.com/Gunwiki/BuildSaigaVerifyCompliance to reflect the existence of the puck, as well as the potential leeway for ATF to reclassify the tappet / whatnot.
  3. Actually, "threads" aren't the concern, it's "capacity to accept a flash hider". Do they make a flash hider for the Saiga-12? If not, threads wouldn't be a non-sporting feature. The really dicey thing is that even if they do make one, it's up to ATF as to whether or not to consider the whole gun non-sporting over the presence of a non-sporting feature. http://thegunwiki.com/Gunwiki/LegalFederal922rFeatures Rumor mill has it they're going to reclassify the S12's as destructive devices sooner or later though... sure hope that doesn't happen.
