For the Jamming issues I had when I first bought my 20 I switched to 1 oz shot and havent jammed since the only feed problems I ever had was when the spent shell got stuck on the way out

take the 410 my buddy is going through that same thing with his wife and she only fired my 20 once before handing it back.

You might try using heavier rounds I switched to 1 oz. and havent had any trouble since. I notice no real change in performance by switching the selector either.
