Is your gun already threaded for either choke or muzzle brake attachments?

OK, I guess I'll have to build something similar. I was thinking of getting a Mueller reflex sight which is rail mounted. Can I put a pic rail on the back of the S12 receiver like people do with the .308? It's just that I've never seen an S12 set up that way.

I'm looking for a definitive answer on whether those awesome looking (in my opinion) 12K or 12S guns are available in the USA. So, one more time, are they?
