Quick question. I'm installing the S-12 DIY trigger guard and know where everything goes except the star washer. Does it go on the back bolt with the regular washer? Inside or outside the receiver? Sorry for such a noob question, but I don't seem to be able to find the answer. Thanks!

I ran into a situation that seems to indicate otherwise. An ATF agent is a highly knowledgeable source, but I had a different experience.
