  1. This reminds me a lot of the Magpul forum on a different site..a lot of anticipation followed by grown men acting like 12 yr old girls who didnt get what they wanted for Christmas!! Lots of bitchin about the release date of a 60 rd pmag- Magpul responded with something similar to : its easy to make 1 or 2 good functional mags..making thousands, not so easy". I think the same is applicable. Magpul no longer releases info on projects they are working on due to ppl. getting carried away when they dont get what they want when they want it..MD should/will probably do the same as it makes sense.
  2. I would take a flashlight and look where its hanging up. I tried to take minimum off of B and more off of A as instructed, but I ended up having to come back to B more than I wanted to.Keep going at it slowly. Take your time and work slowly till you get it to snap in. Mine fits pretty damn tight.
  3. Got a call to change payment info today. I asked and they said the 11,000's are starting to ship. Im patient and have purchased quite a few promo items and other special orders, so I know it take a while.
  4. woot!! Just placed my pre-order tonight. Cant wait to own this beast. In advanced, thanks MD!!
  5. After a long little 4 month wait, here she is! I've had my share of experience with rails( even modifying a cheap chinese ak version...one word, butter)and this thing is nice. Solid tight fit that was too damn easy to mount(goodness that freefloat on my ar was not fun).EOTech is the XPS series, so it meant to cowitness on an AR. Height is good if you dont have a super solid cheek weld. Thanks Chaos!
  6. same here glock22c,but....what I was missing turned into this.....Thanks for your work Cameron.
  7. Same here!!....whats missing in the pic below??
  8. WOW! I MISS the G. R. Brown gun shows! I had a chance to buy a Thompson .45 in a velvet lined case that had some police dept./sheriff dept. brass badge on the front. The price was kinda high at the time (1987 or so) so I thought I'd better check it out with the wife first, It was beautiful, broken down in a red velvet lined case with 2 sticks and a 50 rd drum, and she gave me the OK. I went back to get it and it was gone. G. R. Brown and the Astrohall had everything you could ever imagine or want. It took 3 days to walk through it all. Imagine my dissapointment when I first moved back to NE an
  9. Yeah, I just looked at it again and saw a few. For some reason I didn't notice em before, probably because I wasn't considering buying an EOTech at the time. Funny, I find myself going through all 18 pages everytime I am considering adding anything to my rifle, anything. Wouldnt say Vary high, but ya. Lower is what I meant. Lower than the new series that have the bottoms on the sides such as the 516 I have on my ar that has a 1/3 riser built into the eotech. So did you sight in at 25 yrds? Thats what im considering, if not probably even 15...I honestly dont thing
  10. The fuzziness on the eotech is normal indoors. My friend returned one only to buy it again b/c he thought his astigmatism was affecting his view. Once you go outside, it will go away and look crisp and clear. The 512 is the old style which will cowitness with an ar, so it sits low. Look at the pic page, there are a lot of guys running eotechs with a side rail. I might consider it myself since im waiting on a chaos rail. I really doubt any heat issues will affect the eotech, esp. on the side saddle rail. Sounds like a deal at $300 since most 512's on arfcom are going for $325. Now if only I coul
