  1. +1 for the Tabuk-style from Nodakspud. I have one welded on to a short barrel Bulgarian, it used to wear an AMD-65 brake.
  2. Why not use the FCG from a .308? No extra holes/levers needed.
  3. Dinzag, I'll take it. PM sent.
  4. Wanted, one plastic drag stock for a stamped reciever. Choate or ati, cheaper the better but not beat up please. Don't need HGs. Thanks.
  5. WE CAN ONLY BRING IN THE 8 RD MAG AT THIS TIME. 10 RD IS THE MAX WE CAN BRING IN THE COUNTRY.RUSSIA DOES NOT OFFER THE 308 IN 10 RDS. THANK YOU, RUSSIAN AMERICAN ARMORY COMPANY Well, I guess that's settled.
  6. Well, maybe bigfoot or the loch ness monster are hoarding all of them. I still fired off an email to raa but I'm really not expecting much.
  7. If I remember correctly, just befor EAA dropped the Saiga line they were about to offer 20rd factory mags. I know they had them listed on their site with prices but nobody ever actually saw one. I'm curious if RAA will be getting around to this or not. I am patient, won't spend $65 on a converted m14 mag and I won't butcher other mags to make a frankenmag. We deserve a factory 20rd mag. I think I'll shoot off an email to raa on this issue.
  8. Ahh, I'm glad I have this information. A post I read in a search stated that the east wave mount you linked was centered. I'll move on as this is crucial to me. Thanks
  9. I have a Kobra already. I can appreciate the black/red dot advantage, but I'll not replace it. I'm sure I could adapt to the offset mount, but if I have a choice I'd rather adapt the rifle to me. My kobra is centered, my bolt gun is centered. Might as well go with that. I'm gonna try the mount offered by east wave from russia. I've read that theirs is centered over the bore and they have a high and low available. I think I'd benefit by using a high mount and low rings to keep it kinda low and still having my irons. My scope has a 40mm objective so there's the clearance issue to
  10. I see your mount secures using several screws. My kobra and others I've seen use a thumb lever. Is one more secure/stable than the other? I went to clearview and saw your mount. A little further down they had one from russia marked belarus. Are these any good and are they centered or offset left? Sorry for all the questions, I just want to buy the best mount and not have to wade through the crap first. Thanks
  11. Well, this is my first post here on s12.com and I've jumped in with both feet. After lurking here for a couple of weeks, I decided to start my search. I already have a Bulgarian ak in 7.62x39 so I could go up or down in power. Since I'm your typical guy, I went for more power. I found a NIB saiga .308 with 3mags, box and papers for $300 OTD. Nice looker, awesome shooter but that stock and trigger pull had to go. After a thorough range test to check for bugs or gremlins I was ready. BTW, during that range test, nothing was safe at the 100yd line. I had the milk jugs dancing for what
