I also bought another Saiga 12 at the match from another shooter just in case they get banned. I hope they don't and I wrote a letter to the ATF for public comment. Pat

Well it was just a side match. Still waiting on the scores. But the Saiga rocks. I love this gun. I am running a R&R Saiga with Arrendondo magazine coupler and optic mount with a Leupold Delta point. Here is a buddy of mine using my Saiga and kicking my ass with it. He had the fastest run.

I was told to zero the shot pattern at 15 yards. As this is a shotgun and you want the shot to be on so you can instinctively shoot it without having to use Kentucky windage. Then I found that Breneke Tactical Home Defense slugs are dead on at 100 yards with my gun zeroed at 15 for shot. The slugs are 6 inches high at 50. That is what I do. Pat

I attended a 2 day three gun match in Kenai at the Snowshoe gun club on 7-24-10 and 7-25-10. I was shooting open class due to my shotgun being a Saiga. My plan was that my shotgun would more than make up for my pistol being a limited gun. It was a close match but I took first. The only bad news is my Burris Fast fire red dot that came on my shotgun died during the last stage and I had to shoot the star by feel. (using the window of the sight and just praying.) I want to go to the R&R match next year. I could not make it this year was tapped out after getting my shotgun worked done by Robert for an Open gun. How does superstition mountain rank with the other big three gun matches. What are the rules like. Is it one of the better ones? I am new to the three gun game. pat

Thanks for the welcome. I really like this gun. It was very spendy but it does what no other shotgun can do. I am not sure why no American companies do a detachable mag shotgun. Pat
