  1. Thanks for the replies. I was beginnning to think there was nobody out there. As far as the "Crapco" stock goes, I guess you get what you pay for. This being my first build I did not want to pay a lot upfront in case I screwed it all up. I did manage to break off one of the crapco screws while attaching/reattaching the stock. Those screws are tiny deck screws and not made to go in & out too many times. Although I did use a phillips bit on my drill and probably should have known better. I emailed Tapco told them my problem and asked if they sold just that part that goes into the gun. They
  2. I got the Tapco tri rail and vertical grip. Then added the Limb Saver small grind to fit pad. Instead of grinding the stock I filled it in with black shoe goo to get as much length as possible. Then screwed on the pad. The width was still bigger than the butt so I filleted the area with black shoe goo.
  3. 1961, 666, 7897 Thanks for the game.
  4. I installed the Tapco saw pistol grip and Folding stock along with the tapco single hook trigger this weekend. Mississippi Auto Arms was great to work with although their web site could be a little more Tapco friendly. It took 2 orders to get what I needed and I was still missing the shepards crook. So I reused the original retaining spring with the original rivet. I have ordered the tri rail handgaurd with vertical grip and got signed up for the MD-20 presale. Thank You to every one who posted instructions and pictures.
