The "Warning" bar is what lets you know if you're being bad. Mods will fill it up on rare occasions.

The reputation is what you get from people +'ing or -'ing your posts.

Either way, pissing and shitting your pants will always help. I mean, in life in general. I just shat my pants a few minutes ago, actually.

Alot of the time it's just people agreeing/disagreeing with what you have to say in your posts.
