Thanks guys, guess I shoulda posted a pic huh... That's a pic the previous owner took, I've yet to take pics of the beast. I LOVE the UBR stock, but I'm still not sure about the Chaos quad. It's a GREAT solid rail system, I just have no need for a rail so it's unnecessary weight. I'll probably dump it for a stock or Tromix handguard. EDIT: Doh! Fixed the pic...

Man that thing looked TERRIBLE! I can't believe the treatment you have received from them. I have an SGL-21 and I am more than happy with it, but your story is enough to make me avoid Arsenal in the future. As for the trigger, the scary thing is that wasn't a defective part...that simply is their 2-stage trigger. That "sharp bur" is the "second stage". I've installed two of them and have one in the SGL, they all were just as crappy as yours. Two of mine were so rough the trigger wouldn't even reset, it would get hung up on the hammer face. Hey guys, I think I finally read every post on the forum so I figure it's time to introduce myself! From the New Orleans area, and FINALLY got an S12. I've been wanting one for a while and planned on doing a basic conversion, but ended up landing one in a trade deal that's already fully decked out. I have yet to even shoot it, I'm having my "AK guy" go through it for me before I hit the range.
