  1. Hi all I have been speaking to a guy regarding soviet night sights and it has been rumbling on for some time, anyway he informs me that he has access to some ex military stores and they are selling off night sights. There are NSzP-3 , PPN-3 and armourers kits made by FEG for the AK, SKS and RPD weapons. The night sighs are in their metal transit cases with accessories so i think i will pick some up, not sure about the armourers kits yet but the night sights do look to be in good condition and i am assured they are tested as working before warehouse despatch. Heres hoping for a warehouse fu
  2. Hi all There are no import restrictions on magazine capacity of a removable magazine for any weapon here in UK. Our saiga 12s are not pussh me pull you as one person said, they shoot as fast as you can pull the trigger and are semi automatic, its the rifles that are manually operated (well thats the idea :-)) I know several people wanting the md20 for practical shotgun competition. sadly many people in the U.S seem to have a very antiquated idea of the gun laws over here and think all weapons are banned etc, this is not true and we do actually have quite a variety of equipment avaliable t
  3. Hi I have a few of the 7.62x39mm Bakelite mags and yes they do have metal feed lips as i welded in a small bullet guide so that they feed and function perfectly in my saiga rifle. They are durable and i have had no problems with mine and they look cool too. assassin
  4. Hi bigsal Have pmed him, just want to hear that these can take the pressures, i have heard the steel ones weigh a lot so they sound strong. mine should be here in a few weeks so i will have a better idea of its strength then. Regards assassin
  5. Hi My only concern is cn it handle the pressures, once it is recieved i will inspect it to see how well made it is and go from there. Dont want to pull the trigger and send my new can down range lol. assassin
  6. Hi The point is to rebuild it into functioning and end up with a fully working PBS-1 but at a much lower cost that a Genuine PBS-1 or civillian supressor. assassin
  7. Hi Its the PBS-1 that i want to fit to my rifle. I have a steel replica on order complete with internal baffles so if it can take the pressure i just need a rubber puck as per the original PBS-1 and im good to go at a much reduced cost. thanks assassin
  8. Hi I am in UK so no silencer issues, i will soon have a steel replica PBS-1 and i was wondering if anyone had fired 7.62x39mm rounds through these steel replicas and how did the steel replica hold up? I believe they will take the pressures but thought it may have already been tested so thought i would ask. assassin
  9. Hi all Yes i want to add an original PBS-1 silencer to my rifle but it is the original older type PBS-1 for the AKM. Maybe the only way is to cut the threads from an AK74 brake and create the adaptor myself? dont want to put a bullet through the PBS-1 body so alignment will be crucial, i was hoping someone had already done this. assassin
  10. Without being able to provide website links due to this forum's policy, both Krebs Custom (krebscustom) and AK 103 (ak-103) offer a non-indexed adapter. K-Var (k-var), Parts 4 AK47 (parts4ak47), Dinzag Arms (dinzagarms) and others have offered an indexed Bulgarian adapter, which is what I use, but all those sources seems to be OoS. Hi The problem i got is i ned an adaptor with a 24mm thread internal one side and an external 14mm thread the othr end, this seems to be ging in the oposite direction to most adaptors as the only adaptors i have found allow 24mm muzzle devices to fit o
  11. Hi all Does anyone know where i can purchase a muzzle adaptor that will allow me to use ak47 muzzle accessories with te 14mm thread on my saiga rifle with the 24mm thread? im sure there must be something on the market? thanks assassin
  12. Hi all With regard to the hatched out box on the dimpled recievers over here in the U.K pretty much all the recievers i have seen are of the smoothe type and 90% of these have the hatched out box marking. There are some other Izzy made AKs over here but they are made to a lesser (in my opinnion) spec as they lack the military flash hider/compensator and instead have a sporter style non compensator and non threaded front sight post base. Some also have the horrible sporter plastic but thankfully most are of the standard military type spec. Same goes for the Tigr/Dragunov rifles over here. S
  13. Hi all just wanted to invite any interested members to share information on russian military items and firearms etc on the new russian guns yahoo group http://groups.yahoo.com/group/russianguns/ all welcome assassin
  14. Hi all These rifles are for the French market, they only need to be modified into semi auto in a way that it is not simpele to replace full auto parts and make them full auto again. regards assassin
  15. Hi I am helping a guy out with the conversion of some 1960s AKMs from full auto into legal semi auto rifles, can anyone supply photos and info on what parts need to be removed/modified to make the rifles semi auto only? I am a non U.S citizen so no legal issues here. Thanks in advance asassin
