I am no one and I am new myself but I'll say just get to the range and shoot it. With all the old post about them not running I was worried about what I would have to do too. I may have gotten lucky but mine was made in 09 and ran everything out of the box except Winchester low brass Wal-Mart stuff. Just get out and shoot the thing. Then come back and search what you need to learn. Anything you can't find then just ask.

Well I want to say welcome to the forum. I don't want to be the bad guy but might try to search the site before you post. There has been a lot of talk about this recently. Kvar had some and although Gunbroker is high they will have some. Other than that they are coming in and selling out fast.....you will just have to look.

I know but I had a few people at my range and I always like to leave the weapons on an open bolt. Never the less the thing needs to work or it will be removed when I get to do my conversion. But hell yes I had fun! This thing is one of the most addictive guns that I have.

Well I picked up a new S-12 on Thursday and go to the range today. I got through 50 rounds of 3" #4's and another 50 rounds of odd and end slugs and buckshot. The gun shot great and had no FTE. I then swithed to Fed bulk pack from Wal-Mart and the gun ran awsom. Again no problems. Then I went to shooting skeet and was surpriced that I could bust clays with a cylender bore shotgun! That was when the bad day started! I locked the bolt back to load a new mag and the bolt wouldn't release. The spring had came off and the gun was locked. I put mine on lay-a-way about three weeks ago from my local gun shop for 500. He had three at the time for that price but not sure if he has rased them now. I got my AGP mags yesterday and have some 5 rounders that will be here Monday. I really need to get my gun out and shoot.

Thx for the quick replies and that great review BVamp but the dates are old have they made any mods or are they still the same? I went ahead and ordered five because other mags are getting harder to find and with all the talk about the ATF doing something it seams like the normal price hikers will be out at the gun shows and on gunbroker. I am also going to order 4 of the AGP 10 round mags from the E-Store. What the hell with out the mags its just a club right. Again thx for the info.

Hi guys I am new and I want to say hi and WOW. There is so much good info on here I have been looking for about a month and still haven't got it all.
