  1. I'm in McDonough off of 20 west. Hit me up. I know the indoor range in Stockbridge is Saiga-friendly.
  2. Uh yeah Twitch 0415, I watch the show, I see the rail. I am impressed with the rail and I'm not sure where you interpret my modding to be bashing or suggestive about the quality of the Titan. Either way, I got it to work and I figured I'd share it with the OP.
  3. In addition to removing the rear sight, I wasn't happy with the angle of the top rail. The two weren't on the same plane being its axis is the hinge. I screwed the index screw, lengthened the rear slot to capture the spring, and also dremeled down the INSIDE portion of the lower tri-rail to ultimately raise the muzzle end of the rail.
  4. Thanks JefFamous, I figured it would be applicable given the natural course of this topic.
  5. Anybody know of any? Are there any plans to design in the near future?
  6. Thanks for the info... What size "should they be" and what size "do I want them to be"?
  7. I haven't opened the ports any. I'm not quite sure how to measure them anyways??? It is a 3-port barrel. What size would be most recommended to open'er up to? As far as loctite, am I supposed to loctite the Auto-Plug into the gas block or the adjustment screw?
  8. RANGE REPORT... I took it to a local range and figured I'd attempt to shoot low-brass-bulk from Wally World. I wouldn't cycle for several mags with me changing adjusting the screw inward after each 2-3 shots. EVENTUALLY I got it to cycle. However, the adjustment screw is screwed in almost 1/4"! Is that normal? I have a 3-hole gun. Should I add a fourth or just enlarge my existing three? Thanks again. Sellier & Belliot 00 Buck worked very good. The recoil sure ain't what I've seen online... Any suggestions on that too?
  9. Caged... I suppose you've never heard of sarcasm, kinda tough to get from a post. TAC-47... I spoke to you yesterday on the phone, regarding the Auto-Plug. Thank you for answering my question in a very professional and direct manner (Caged-that was sincerity). I was only stating that regardless of how you'd prefer to not do business with someone it shouldn't be publicized. Its just bad business to air "dirty laundry" (Caged-that is sarcasm). Your business will stand or fall on its own merit not due to the issues with one customer, I'm aware of that. However, perception is reality.
  10. Aside from hijacking the thread... Tac-47 how about you chime in on the Auto-Plug and make me feel warm n' fuzzy on the inside until it arrives, which should be any day now. Secondly, I was a little put-off at how easily you dispatched the future business of D281. I DO come from a small mom & pop business and we would NEVER tell someone to go elsewhere, that Sir is how you go hungry. D281 I hope you don't plan to get an NFA tax-stamp, the only feedback you'll get from those guys is "pending" and that goes on for 6 months!!!
  11. I was actually looking for something internal or external that is similar to the polychoke II breacher. I like the aggressive to it. How satisfied are you with your choke XD45?
  12. Out of curiosity... I'm open for suggestions/rants/brainstorming, has anyone thought of installing an adjustable choke on their saiga. Granted it would add a little to the OAL but as far as versatility, turning the end of your barrel to accomodate different loads at different ranges DOES appeal to me. Let's hear your thoughts!!! JT
  13. Hey GunFun... Blackjack buffers work on Saiga12s??? I don't see them marketed anywhere... Got a link? I have seen AK47 ones though. Thanks
  14. I ordered mine directly from Chaos in FEBRUARY and I'm still waiting!!! I've at least had decent communication with the folks at Chaos but each time its a "sob-story" about employees not being up to par or their sub-contracted companies not having this or that... Ridiculous!!! However, the Titan is one-of-a-kind so I'm still waiting on it.
