  1. I would like to trade a NIB .223 Saiga rifle for conversion work on my .308 saiga the work plus the parts for the conversion that is. thanks
  2. mine and my buddies is the same way the stock is designed like that for a reason so that the stock stays tight for a long time. Its a wedge design stock I went with this stock because i need the option for a standard stock sometimes(maybe not tho as long as the M3 stays running). I think that the 308 is the easiest to convert or so I've been told.
  3. He's looking forward to doing the job since he's caugt up building 6.5x284 rifles and rebarreling sharps and hi walls(man this is the first full service smith i've ever met) and loves anything new. I'll try the libary thing first but i hate going there because this city is a anti war college city. Our libary looks like a coffee shop.
  4. I have built FALs with help and ARs my gunsmith said he will do it for free just parts, but he needs a printed instuction list and my printer is kaput. He's a tool and die maker by trade and rebarrels rifles so I know he'll do it right. I will pay someone for a printed copy of the conversion can i get some help please. thanks
  5. I have a problem the same i think. My bolt seems to catch and not go into full battery, but when racking the action it closes fine did you try that? My old EAA 22" seemed to have a smoother action. I think that my new RAA saiga has a larger extractor too.
  6. I'm not good with working on guns save feild strip is there any one in IA to help me? Or I could trade 4 5 round mags to someone who wants to convert it for me I'll add the parts of course.
