Just bought 25 boxes. Even if it's not the greatest ammo out there it's still cheaper than most of what you can find. Everyone should jump on this opportunity while they can.

That's what I was thinking as well, I just wasn't sure. Does Tromix make a guard like that compatible for the 7.62 variant? And if not, since I bought my Tromix guard from CSS do you think I could trade it out for http://store.carolinashooterssupply.com/servlet/-strse-567/Saiga-Rifle-Trigger-Guard/Detail I will email CSS shortly. Just trying to get a fast response for now. =) I'm sure CSS is pretty busy seeing as it's so close to Christmas

I made it through the trigger group conversion (still need to repaint) and ran into this problem. I thought the guard was compatible with my rifle, but it seems like not?

Thank for the welcome! How would I go about remounting the front sight?

In the process of finding a 16" barrel, replacing the mounted scope with an HK rear site, and putting on a folding stock.

I've been looking almost everywhere and cannot find the barrel alone. I've currently got the 20" on my rifle and am trying to shorten the rifle up a bit for the AK look. If anyone has some information where I can find just the barrel I would really appreciate it. Also, I am willing to trade my 20" for a 16" if there are any takers. If so, I can send pics of the barrel. It is in good condition and has been cleaned regularly.
