BR3 - Thanks for the update so I'll know what to expect. Makes sense to me. Don't worry about the 'bad karma' of April 1. It's on Sunday this year (and Palm Sunday at that), so everything should cancel out.

I've been having somewhat of the same backorder problem with Sportsman Guide - their web site indicates shells are available; I place my order; then I start getting e-mails saying that items are on backorder. Maybe just a hic-up on their part, but my shipped date has been extended 3-times.

BRG3, I'm not sure which thread to go to, soooo, I'm trying to contact you on a couple. I've recently acquired a new, but 'older version' S-410. I would like to "accessorize" by replacing the Handguard and Buttstock with some of your handiwork. Both pieces to be UNfinished. Buttstock to be the "Youth Model" smaller size. Handguard to be whatever you have-on-hand/suggest but not too expensive. If you would, pls provided costs. WVHollow

Can't speak for the .410 but I bought two new standard ol' 5 rounders for my 12 ga and they were $35 ea. You are on the right track, the weapons are inexpensive pretty much and the magazines are expensive. BUT........if you think about it, other than AK's all new factory mags for all guns are fairly expensive items. Thanks for your reply. OK .............. I guess I didn't think about it like that. (And I did mean to write ".410" -- it was waaayyy early this morning when I wrote that!) But, I'll keep lookin`.
