  1. Will the Egyptian Maadi 10 round single stack mags work in a saiga?????
  2. 7.62x39 in brass is very expensive ... at least here in cali. $12.50 a box of 20 wallmart price. At over 4 times the price of wolf, I'd go broke the way I shoot mine. How much was the 7.62x39 brass and 5.56x45 brass(lake city) at the show? Did they have any Saiga .308 in wood with a 21.8" barrel? Thanks
  3. Cold War Shooters. www.coldwarshooters.net They are based out of Texas. You get to pick it up 10 days later from their FFL in Riverside though ... still worth the price. If you have the cash I would buy both the 7.62x39 and the .308. Yeah I might stroll up to the orange county fair grounds too this weekend, I live in Oceanside. Last time I went they had 1000rd cases of Wolf 7.62x39 for 150 bucks. Make sure u grab at least 1 case if u pick up a Saiga. Mine luvs that steel russian ammo ..... not one malfunction out of 1000 rounds.
  4. If you are in soCAL go to the crossroads of the west show(www.crossroadsgunshows.com) I got mine @ the del mar show in april for $260 out the door cash plus $20 DROS fees. Having no pistol grip doesnt make it legal to have over 10 rounds in CA. 10 rounds max on anything, even rimfire in CA. You can leagaly have a pistol grip on it if you secure the mag to the receiver with a screw. LOL You can also leagaly use hi cap ak mags(which are much cheaper than the 10 rd Saiga mags) if you put a screw on each side of the mag blocking the follower and only allowing 10 rounds. LOL
  5. It seems to be 199 now .... My local Turners Outdoorsman sells it for only 3.25 a box of 20 ..... thats only 162 for 1000 with no shipping and I do not have to buy a 1000 to get it for that price.
