I had to use channel lock pliers and a small towel to get mine to budge.

So its safe/possible to make a 1.5 setting?

I only bought the gun a couple of weeks ago so I've got to assume its a newer one. Does this mean any sort of an easy front sight swap is pretty much hopeless?

Just got back from Walmart with a HIVIZ Spark II to replace the original front sight. Im having trouble removing the front sight with just pliers though. Any tips or ideas?

So any externally threaded barrel with work with the poly-choke sold at gilberts? I think a shop about 40min away carries S-12s so I will have to give them a call to see which version theyre carrying.

Im just looking for a general overview of choke options for the S-12. Do all models accept chokes? Do any come with chokes? Which will accept a poly-choke? Thanks guys. This is about the only thing keeping me from getting an S-12 in the next few days.
