  1. I am planning the exact same project. I believe that caralina shooters supply offers a kit of parts pre shimmed, and would most likely relay any install advice. If you don't need any advice and are willing to just do it, an HK part kit supplier like http://www.robertrtg.com/hk93.html might do.
  2. I agree, A punch press, and a hydraulic forming press for the baffles, some spot welding to attach the baffles to a tube that is spin formed. Buckey
  3. Has anyone intalled a reflex suppressor on their SAIGA 308? here is a link http://guns.connect.fi/rs/m62graaf.html I like the idea of a cheap suppressor designed for a full auto MBR. Would like to buy one that is not more expensive than the gun. Buckey
  4. George, SHTF you will wish you had one of these. http://www.amazon.com/Spade-Shovel-Industrial-Demolition-Hammer/dp/B002VMZBFY/ref=pd_cp_hi_ and one of these. http://www.tractorsupply.com/leg-style-storage-tank-325-gal--2137463
  5. Okay, how bad of an idea is it to consider using my 25 round magazine as a solo-pod? Seems like the right height, doesn't add any extra weight or obstructions, is always ready, and cheap. http://forum.saiga-12.com/uploads/profile/photo-9201.jpg
  6. Confederate Duck, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. With this info and an AMD 65 sheetmetal lower hand guard, it looks like the SAIGA 308 Bullpup conversion is underway.
  7. T30 Any chance of making another batch of fiber optic sites with the remaining material? My 1911 has dot over dot Trijicon sites. Would a similar arrangement work with the fiber optic rods?
  8. Confederate Duck, Great Bullpup. Could you pull the covers off and take some more close-up pictures of the triger group mechanicals and attachments? Just bought my first SAIGA 308 and would like to learn from your bullpup custom build experience.
