Gary, Im glad you got your rifle back, better late then never, and this reminds me of the time my father left a handgun in the car overnight. Right before Christmas my family decided to travel to New york to visit Family, we got in super late christmas eve and decided not to unload the car. I buy a Value pack whenever I happen to stick my head into wallmart, I also use to buy alot of slug and buckshot, however I found that is it much cheaper to simply reload your own. That being said I roughly keep anywhere from 1k birdshot and around 500 of slug, and a mix of 00,000 buckshot around. I have no problem sitting infront of my melter and kicking out 200-300 slugs at a time just listening to the radio. It enables me to shoot as much as i want, and accuracy is up there with any slugs I've bought from wallmart.
