Both are used, and in working order. Not so easy finding these anymore. Wish I bought a ton before tantal sold em all! These are rarer than 8rds now. Well. I don't need em, and some folks in E-Villll states do! so.... I will sell them for $45.00 each shipped anywhere in the USA with delivery confirmation, and insurance/priority mail.
