hk4me 0
Sold Pending Funds ================================================================ This is an original Saiga 12c shotgun that has had a few modifications made to it. The barrel OAL has been reduced to 11.5 inches and a Tromix Flash Hider installed. This classifies the weapon as a "Short Barrel Shotgun" and will require it to be transfered to you on a BATFE Form 4. The BATFE Form 4 also requires a $200 tax stamp be paid to the US Treasury Department (Buyer is responsible for paying this tax). The BATFE Form 4 may also require you to obtain the signature of your local area Chief Law Enforcement Officer. Currently on BATFE Form 3 which allows a tax free transfer to your Class 3 dealer. Since the gas system has not been modified on this weapon, it will only cycle "high brass/high power" 12 gauge shells (slugs and buckshot - #4 through 00). A few extra upgrades have been added as well. These include: 1. Tapco G2 Single Hook Fire Control Group 2. Tapco SAW Pistol Grip 3. Black Jack BHO AK Selector 4. Black Jack AK Buffer 5. Krebs Front Sight and Rear Ghost Ring Sight 6. x2 Saiga 12 "8 rnd" Magazines (only available to buyer) Original Russian pistol grip and fire control group included as well. This weapon has a low round count through it: 400 #7 birdshot 30 slugs 30 rnds of #4 buckshot Runs fine video: http://media.putfile.com/Saiga-12c-SBS _______________________________________________ A few not-so-good pix: http://www.tacticalslings.com/images/445_DSC00189.JPG http://www.tacticalslings.com/images/445_DSC00188.JPG http://www.tacticalslings.com/images/445_DSC00187.JPG http://www.tacticalslings.com/images/445_DSC00186.JPG http://www.tacticalslings.com/images/445_DSC00185.JPG http://www.tacticalslings.com/images/445_DSC00184.JPG http://www.tacticalslings.com/images/445_DSC00183.JPG http://www.tacticalslings.com/images/445_DSC00182.JPG http://www.tacticalslings.com/images/445_DSC00181.JPG ________________________________________________ Certified funds up front. $950 shipped. RDSWriter 5
Folks... that is a gorgeous freakin shotgun, so I almost consider it blaphemous to say what I'm about to say. First, if you want a 12C for a GREAT, I mean GREAT price... BUY THIS ONE. That being said, if Class 3 isn't your taste, you can even remove it from the NFA registry if you want. Take out the price of the 8rd mags and the Kreb's sights and you're getting the gun for about $650... A STEAL. To give you an idea of how good a deal. You could remove the barrel, remove the S12C from the NFA registry, buy a S12, remove the barrel and install it on the 12C, secure a complete set of spare parts (incl. a receiver) and sell off the other barrel for someone wanting a SBS... and you're still money ahead. FYI - For those of us who have looked for a spare barrel... we can testify... they are very hard to come by. Someone would buy it, and I bet they'd pay over $100 for it. For those of you who own an S12 and have wanted a 12C... you already have the barrel to do this, so you don't need to buy an S12. If I didn't already have a 12C, I would have already bought this one. Once again, GREAT price. Edited April 5, 2006 by RDSWriter
