AK sight

I don't know if I'm posting in the right section or not, but does anyone know of any other type of open sight to put on an ak? There was a peep or ghost ring type on an Armamlite I saw that seemed really nice and I thought that would be really cool on my ak. So, just wondering if there was any aftermarket bolt on type of sights out there.

There is a Williams sight that replaces the rear sight. This is about as easy and effective route to go if you want a peep on a AK. Receiver cover mounted peeps are problematic.

Mojo, Williams, Krebs all make peep sights that replace the rear sight. Vulcan also has a over priced receiver cover mounted peep sight that will put it near the eye like the AR sights.

 

Brownells, Midway and Blackjack buffers will carry either or both the Williams and Mojo.
