Someone there is wanting to buy one from me, but I don't want to ship it there if it is illegal. I know there is a 10rd max for pistols but didn't know if shotguns were different. Bill 0 Posted May 6, 2006 Report Share Posted May 6, 2006 Hello Mike,seeing as I suffer living in Kalifornia-PRK, I can testify that since it 10 rounds it is legal to sell to him,now whether he has caved to the bs tactics and 'registered' his usas is another issue. but it is legal to sell the mag. btw how much are you selling them for,i may be interested in 1-2 for a project I am mocking up.
