You can mod the rifle to accept the mags without altering the mags: http://forum.saiga-12.com/index.php?showtopic=9030 or you can just mod the mags: http://forum.saiga-12.com/index.php?showtopic=9148 Also, If you are looking for a deal on AK74 mags, try here: Ohio Rapid Fire they have a 12 pack of bulgarian/russian mags for 50$.
