Side scope mount is the lever locking detachable part that you attach a scope to and not just the scope rail that is permanently riveted to the Saiga receiver. We're talking $40 in value here, so it pays to ask questions on this. Also, make sure you know the exact cost and method of shipping. Some sellers don't pack very well, leaving the rifle subject to damage in transit, yet charge top dollar. Good luck and enjoy your new rifle. Oh yeah- 16" or 22"?
