greatmoose 4
I'm trying to put a regular AK sight on my 16". Got the factory sight out with no problems, but for the life of me, I can't get the new one in. Any ideas? I don't have the necessary 3 men and a boy to do it right... Lots of swearing If I remember right you have to push it down and hit back. I think I put a chunk of pencil on top of it and then clamped it down with a vicegrip then taped it back
Koevoet 0
Ig you have a drill press it's really easy.Take a small drill bit,put upside down backwards in the drill press.Take the end of the bit, masking tape, etc.Place rifle in drill press and depress the sight spring with the drill bit using the drill press as a press.Either that or a narrow tool to press the spring by hand while installing new sight.
