jon elia 0
i have a hi point c9 and its very fun to shoot. i'd like to have a higher capacity magazine since they are single stack they dont hold too much...i got an 8 shot and 10 shot mag...i was wondering if i took 2 10 rounders and cut the bottom off of one, and cut the top off the other "connected" the spring an welded the mag body together and put it all back together for a longer hi cap magazine, would this be legal? it'd be fun to have a 17-18 round mag for my hi point, and also my buddy with a hi point 9mm carbine was thinking about this as well, i figured i could ask here....someone please answer

KySoldier 2
He's right, it's legal now. I saw a guy at a gun show once selling AR mags that were simply two 30s welded together, looked funny, and illegal (before the ban died).
