D Boone 0
Hey guys, I have a converted saiga, pretty standard conversion. I am pressing everything off the front to get a bulgarian front handguard retainer put on, and I am putting a spike bayonet trunion on butchered from a yugo sks. It will fit up tight right behind the stock sight position and I am cutting the front site shroud down in the front to allow the bayonet to lock up. With US FCG, pistol grip, and stock, can I do this and put chicom wood up front? I don't think anything I am doing is adding to needed parts count. Anyone got a different take? nalioth 405
So long as you don't add a muzzle device, it sounds ok to me.

Navy87Guy 1
You can add a muzzle device -- it just has to be US made. If you add a foreign one, you'll need to swap out another part (like the gas piston). The only change you mentioned in your post that "counts" is the handguard - nothing else effects your parts count. Jim
