Well here again, get your press plates when U can

they are cold roll steel to be use with 6 ton or over

press. The price is 60.00 American dollars including

shipping on lower 48 states. Shipping out of the Country

let me know were U want them and I will give U a price on the

shipping .

On in country takes about 2 weeks for delivery, I will take money order

from UPS, Money gram or banks. PLease PM to Vjor or e-mail me at

vjor2000@gmail.com for any orders or info.

They can be use to press OFF any GB and FSB of any Saiga in 7.62x39 or .223

including any AK rifle in those calibers. The center hole will take the FSB of

.223 HB and LB and 7.62x39. Side holes for 7.62x39 and LB .223

and one for HB .223 .

Yes they are cold roll steel, why because it will last not like aluminum

that will deform after few press off jobs.

If U want this

U have to have this to press your GB and FSB off the easy way.

OK this is the way to press stuff on the press, on the pictures you will

see and Saiga 7.62 x 39, the pictures are just a simulation of the press

off, the pins on the GB and FSB haven't been remove, remember

these pictures are just a simulation, remove the pins that hold

the GB and FSB before you press them out.

Like you will see here the FSB is been remove by pressing on the barrel

with a 10 mm deep socket, I found that is the best to do the job, no marks on the

crown of the barrel or FSB, you will see the plates been hold by C clamps

to press and together, that is the best way I have found to hold the stuff.

Usually the FSB is the hardest to press out; you will hear a loud pop

as the FSB comes loose and there you go, no fubar to barrel or FSB.

Now on this picture you will see the GB been press out, I have found out

that it comes easy as easy can be, on the pic you see the FSB on the barrel

but in real press out, the FSB will be gone and you only will see the plain

barrel, to this day I have press the GB just pressing on the barrel itself

making sure no bending of the barrel as it gets press down, you can use

pennies or a brass stub to press on the barrel down, to this day

never have a barrel bend or any marks on crown on barrel, like you see

I haven't use any C clamps to hold the press plates to press, well

I got good doing it plus been that the GB comes really easy, not

like the FSB of the barrel, just use common cense and be careful

pressing the stuff off, if you feel the need to secure the plates to

press, go ahead, better safe than sorry and secure the plates to press.

Anything to press them back on?

I have to see if the place were I get my metal have some brass

to make a press back kit.

The problem is that some times it can cost more

than people can pay for one. But I will see if I can make

a simple one for a decent price.

Yes I will see this week end, have to get some brass that is hard enough to take

a press on no problems but soft not to mar any parts on the gun and don't have to

be millet to keep a price down on the press on kits.

is the gun whole while you press. Is the butt of the gun on the floor or on blocks across the bottom of the press??

I usually by the time the GB and FSb are press out the gun is in pieces.

U can press the stuff with the gun in one piece, no the gun is hold by

the plates at the GB or FSB, as U press it free falls, but U dont let it free fall

as U grab it as u press the stuff out.

Sorry guys I havent had any time to play with the press back kits, kind of busy

as hell here.
