ravenwolf 0
Anyone out there try Tubbs Final Finish Bullets for their .308 ? What kind of results before & after accuracy wise. I just picked up my .308 with 16" barrel and skeleton stock and I'm thinking about buying them to condition the barrel before I start shooting it and would like to know if they are worth getting. patriot 7,197
See how it shoots. If it's MOA like in your post on the other forum, then leave it alone. After you do this, the edges of your lands will not be as sharp, possibly degrading accuracy. THere is a REASON most barrel makers DON'T recommend "fire lapping". G O B 3,516
Saiga barells are chrome lined. break in dosn't apply. It would take hundreds of rounds to make any change at all.
