HogBlaster 0
I've started having issues with the trigger not reseting it seems to be mainly with light loads on the number 2 setting. If I push the trigger forward it clicks and then it will fire. It dose'nt seem to do this with buckshot or heavy loads.. anyone have any Idea's?
nalioth 405
Look inside and make sure your hammer springs are parallel to the receiver walls. If one gets diagonal over the trigger arm, it can cause this.

It dose'nt seem to do this with buckshot or heavy loads.. anyone have any Idea's? I "finished" my conversion last week and had the same issue. Seems when I was dropping in my trigger and holding the arms of the hammer/trigger spring out of the way I must have bent them inward. No problems with reset during function test until live fire. Recoil would jar the right arm out of place and cause the exact same problem. Will either re-bend the arm or replace with new hammer spring. Anyone got any examples of proper geometry of the hammer spring trigger arm?
cellsworth 21
I would just gradually bend the offending spring arm outward until it works correctly. That has always been effective for me.
DavePAL84 1
Did you install the sleeve that came with the G2 as well?
HogBlaster 0
Yes i did install the sleave on the trigger pin, The problem seems to be the hammer spring rideing out of position. Thanks for the info guys!
Rustynuts 3
Sleeve, what sleeve!? Oh crap, now I need to check my conversion! I thought I needed to just grind some more off the front where it passes by the receiver. Mine was hanging up some on reset too.
