I don't think the front stock latch will be long enough to clear the reinforcing shoulders.

You can also get a Nodak Spud NDS-5 (Yugo fixed stock receiver) and have someone hit the rear holes with a tig. You can then drill holes for a PSL stock tang and use a standard AK buttstock.
