shryke300 3
I was looking at underfolders and think they are very badass. The problem, though, is that saiga's arent made for underfolders. Im trying to figure out how you would put one on and what the end cost would be. I would need a new rear trunnion, correct? where would i get one of those? After the rear trunion was obtained, it would be a simple matter of using the trunnion as a template and making the appropriate holes in the receiver, right? then just installing the kit as per googled instructions? gtnichols 51
Ace external block would be a great place to start.,,,, http://riflestocks.com/catalog/product_inf...e3d4c9323a7a892
DL762AP 0
They make one that is made just for an underfolding stock. I cannot find it. Cope's Dist. used to sell them.
nalioth 405
Some small jobber is producing underfolder Saigas. They're not 922r compliant that I've seen, but they are true underfolders (recever mounted rear block, not the extended "add-a-underfolder" block being sold in some places). Check your local gun shows, that's where I've seen them. Edited January 11, 2009 by nalioth
shryke300 3
the ace block doesnt loo like it would work with an underfolder. someone posted once showing an auction on gunbroker of a guy that had achined a rear trunnion , a replacement, but he doesnt have any more. Know of anyone else?
HillBilly2 9
AK Builder listed a couple of underfolder trunnions on his site today. Send him an email. He's only got a very few. If it matters they are made in USA.
