Kriegerwithin 0
My brother-in-law is now trying to get his hand on some guns now that Obama is the president... He has a friend that wants to sell his Saiga .308 for $568. Is that a good deal?

t165 30
I bought my first 308 Saiga back in October 2008 for $550.00. After a few weeks I had my FFL order me another one. Finally, in January 2009 one of his distributors received another Saiga 308 and since it was backordered I got it. The price was the same. $550.00. If you are buying it from a friend (non FFL) then you will save money by not having to pay sales tax. Mine are the 16' barreled variety...a light powerful weapon albeit a little loud. quikz 1
A local dealer has a few of them in stock along with some 7.62 x 39. They also ship out of state. Last I checked 2 days ago. A .308 w/ 16" barrel and monte carlo stock is $589. They also do get in skeletal stocked ones but my guess is they would break the $600 range.
