I just bought my first Saiga to complement the rest of my gun collection and had a few questions, well just one really. I bought it from Classic Arms which may not have been the best deal around but I've dealt with them before and like to give repeat buisness for companies that treat me well. My question is, is the Saiga 12 that I got, which I'm assuming is going to be the same as shown on the site, threaded for chokes or is it a unthreaded barrel? The picture shows what looks to be a barrel nut on the end so I assumed it was threaded however the description read "S/A 19" BBL" so I'm not sure. Either way I'm just glad that I'm finally getting a Saiga and look forward to many years of enjoyment out of it. Quote Link to post Share on other sites

Bvamp 604 Posted March 17, 2009 Report Share Posted March 17, 2009 the only saiga 12's coming in anymore with 19" barrels, have threaded muzzles with thread protectors. there were some 24" guns that recently came in from a diverted order overseas, but i am unsure if they are threaded or not.
