SCBOWLES 0
Looking for a red dot sight will be mounting it on my saiaga 12 and possibly mounting another on a 762x39 I was looking at a Burris FastFire Red-Dot Reflex Sight and was wondering if any one has used one. any other suggestions? Paladin 37
I use a Fast Fire on an Ultimak tube rail on my X39 and am very happy with it. I have probably 1K rounds though it. I am adding another one to my S12.
Fearnot 0
Only problem that I've heard with the Burris is some fail under recoil. Replacement is a problem. Try this out. Clicky Someone made a clone of the doctor sight and has a no questions asked replacement if they fail under recoil. Ian
read_the_wall 614
I have a fastfire on my carry gun (beretta storm). Love it. No problems. I have a rdp that ate batteries so bad, I put a pressure switch on it for on/off. Now it works great. The fastfire comes with on/off switch.
tarugs 0
I have one on my sig 556 and as CQB sight on top of my scope, it holds zero okay but it breaks easily (had it replaced directly by Burris).
6500rpm 670
No experience with the Burris, I do have the one Fearnot refered to due to the warranty claim. No failure as of yet but round count is low, but from what I saw posted, nothing negative about the warranty bit. Looks well made, "slight" distortion on glass lense, dot size is a bit small for anything mounted past mid gun where the rear sight normally mounts (I'd prefer an 8moa). I make my own mounts, or you can use the picatinny, but I'm not sure if the base is the same as a Docter or what?
snotmonster 0
I've got one on a .22 pistol works ok but can be a pain to zero due to the tiny screws (and my sausage like fingers ) I thought about sticking it on my Saiga 12 but put an OKO on instead as I thought it woukld handle the recoil better
