thetoysurgeon 0
Just wanted to stop by and tell everyone how I enjoy this forum. I have been lurking in the sidelines for a while and happened to get my saiga 12 with tapco stock/pistol grip yesterday. Going to the range today to try her out for the first time. I wanted to get on of these shotguns before the ban. Hopefully you guys will be able to anwser my questions in the future. Dennis
vbrtrmn 167
If you've ONLY replaced the stock, you are probably in violation of 922r, if you don't know what that is, use the search feature, you'll find a crap load of info.
Cobra 76 two 2,677
Welcome Dennis...don't be a menace...lol! Seriously though....make sure your gun has at least 3 other US made parts from the dreaded "list", besides that stock P/G combo thingie...it needs that to be legal. thetoysurgeon 0
It is legal. Trigger, sear and hammer, trigger housing are US made.Gun is compliant. You can have up to 10 foreign components-you have gas tube,carrier,bolt,barrel,receiver,safety,handguard(7 total). I plan on adding a US handguard and flash hider as well. Edited April 9, 2009 by thetoysurgeon
