In the last 2 days I have wasted 10 hours looking for answers that I know were already answered about several different things on diff websites. What I did on mine was take a hammer and punch, and lightly nick both sides on the edge of the pin hole, so it can't just slide right out. It will have to be driven out if it comes out this time.
