jimdigriz 580
Anyone make one for the 7.62? Hi Steve, You might consider the Ace or Tromix folding stocks. Here's a couple of things to look at: http://store.carolinashooterssupply.com/se...AIGA/Categories Jim

Navitimer 2
I have the Tromix now and have been very pleased. FYI, I think you'll need to do a proper conversion before a folding stock has any use for you. Otherwise you'll be folding the stock in the absence of a pistol grip. uzitiger 193
I have a Tapco folder on mine and it works well. It's not heavy duty but it will withstand most users. I also use one on my S1-2 and it takes the recoil. If you get an older one by chance that has a plastic pin Call Tapco and they'll replace it in a few days. That happened to me. I have that thing on my S12 too and I think that it's a good product for the money. I don't get why more companies don't offer AK folding stocks that don't require you to amputate the back trunnion and install some kind of a plate or adapter though. Ace makes an adapter that doesn't require tang removal but I'm more than happy with sacrificing the tang after how ridiculously solid my stock is now with the internal block. Paulry 50
check out Falcon Arms metal folders. I've handled them and they are the real deal. www.falconarms.com http://falconarms.com/xcart/home.php Edited September 6, 2009 by Fluid Power
