Paulry 50
I like it as much if not more than Wolf!
gtnichols 51
I have heard of lacquer build up, and I'll bet poly does the same. Probably someone isn't sure what they are coated with and hence the different labels, at the factory I bet they only use one or the other Perhaps lacquer is the old way, and poly is the new way,.. Bean.223 365
Sorry if i sound crazy, but if your firing it from a AK platform...............does it matter???
Azrial 1,091
I have shot both and my AK would eat either one as fast as I could load the mags. It really seemed to make no difference.
Flashbang 34
Shot both Brown and Silver Bear while function testing my .223. Fed just fine, even the soft points. Only thing I noticed was some build up of red dust/particles in the receiver from the red band that is around the bullet of the round.
Paulry 50
Wolf and Brown Bear come from differernt Russian factory's.
jhaapapu 0
Wolf and Brown Bear come from differernt Russian factory's. If I remember correctly Wolf comes from the Tula Cartridge Plant and Brown Bear comes from the Ulyanosvk Machine-Building Plant as well as the Novosibirsk Low Voltage Equipment Plant. Although which plant makes which calibers I don't know.
