Klassy Kalashnikov 1,393
OK, so I have a Saiga 5.45 I have just converted. I took it to the range to test it out the other day, and it went great. I adjusted the rear sight a little, and it is shooting dead on at 25 yards. So, next up, I have decided to weld on a 74-style muzzle brake, and also get a red dot sight. But my question is, will adding a muzzle brake change my point of impact? IndyArms 10,186
very possibly... You will not know until you do it, and test fire it. It may not... it may, it may shoot totally different with different ammo than it does now... Again... you wont know till you try it and find out... make sure it is the proper size brake for the application.

the bad gunner 0
if done true to the bore the AK-74 brake shouldnt change the point of aim and you should have a notice decline in recoil and a slight decline in noise levels
