paprotective 362
I got semi-chastized by some here for my choice of the $20 NCStar 4x30 P4 'cheap' scope over the $150 POSP's. I did a report yesterday nobody I think even read except 1 person.. Thanks ChileRen.. But today at the range most groups out at 100 yards with slight 8-12mph winds clocked UNDER 2 3/4" and most were within 2 1/2". I did most shots only a second apart and did 3 shots then waited 2 secs then did 3-4 more. I shot at 3 separate areas to keep track and prove consistency (or not) for you folks.. The first pic I shot 4 shots (5.45x39) at the BIG RED dot and got 1 1/2" measured.. Then kept going.. This was at 50 yards (with 5.45x39) and the same almost as at 100 yards. Then I did my 7.62x39 at 50 yards and was happy/content with the Bushnell Trophy Red Dot ($55) 6 moa dot. At 100 yards I just blasted away and got my repeat 4" swath up the side with the 7.62x39. Still happy. Next outing with the 5.45x39 will be 100 and 200 yards. Edited March 7, 2010 by Scope&Bang

photoshooter 5
Not to worry YW, I like cheap... errr, inexpensive optics. Groups look fine to me. Rifles look mighty fine too
paprotective 362
Thanks guys. As you may have noticed I found another scope in the same configuration in 6x32... So I ordered it for an economical $33 with rings shipped from Optics Planet.. See the new thread HERE.
