Stuart2 0
Hi guys the 6th round did not cycle & I cound see that the arm of the bolt was not around the 12ga bullet. I had a look on the arm of the bolt & could see a peace of thin steel on the arm. Is this normal for buildup of steel on this arm? Stu
Stuart2 0
Hi here is the photo of the arm not around the bullet case, this means it will not enter the chamber. 6 rounds within the 5 round mag. first round going into the chamber. photo below Stu
CrazyJ 0
See the arm in the foreground? You're supposed to have two of those, one on each side. From what I'm seeing, it looks like the arm on one side may have broken off somehow...
Stuart2 0
Hi CrazyJ You see the first photo of the bolt. There is two arms. Can you have a look on your bolt, to see if one of the arms are shorter than the other. On my saiga bolt there is two arms. One arm is shorter than the other. Would this be the same on your saiga 12ga? thanks Stu
Stuart2 0
Hi there here is a photo of two 12ga bullets that I had 6 rounds with the 5 round mag. 1 I pulled back the bolt to see if there is any changes in shape. Before picture of two bullets from two mags.
Stuart2 0
Here is the second picture when the bolt had been pushed back. To see if there is any changes to the 12ga when bolt goes back. Question: do you see any changes in shape? Remember I used two different mags with these two bullets are from the first round. number 6th.
Bvamp 604
why is your bolt not black? did you blast the paint off of it or somehting? with your bolt forward all the way, and no round in the gun, do you notice one of the two fingers on the bolt is missing? i think CrazyJ is right....looks like a broken extractor to me. Extractor is the longer one. See attached picture. Looks like your bolt has carved something out of shells... Don't try to put 6th round, unless you have modified follover and the plate between spring and bottom plate. It WILL be too too tight otherwise! --Make
Stuart2 0
Hi guys Yes my bolt is grey as standard. Will not put 6 round in this mag, until I modify the follower. Stu
